Conference registration via email is available for English and German speaking applicants.

Registration and abstract submission deadline extended until 22nd January 2021 (Friday).

Application requirements for presenters:

1. Registration via email (subject: Conference registration).

2. Attachments:
  • an abstract of min. 1800, max. 4000 characters with spaces (.doc, Times New Roman, 12 pt, single line spacing, without indentation, justified),
  • a statement of support (.pdf) by a qualified person (i.e. their supervisor) to provide a short recommendation for the participation in the conference with their topic. Find the template here: Statement of Support.

The application can only be considered valid with both attachments present.

3. Registration fee: 5.000 HUF
  • Payment deadline EXTENDED: 5th February 2021 (Friday)
  • Please indicate your invoice requirement when filling out the application form. After successful registration, the National Association of Doctoral Students will send a fee request via email. The registration fee is to be paid by following the instructions sent with the fee request email.
